Situation 1: A phone number is linked to your account
You can use SMS verification to update your email in the HoYoverse Account Center.
- Log in to the HoYoverse Account Center.
- Navigate to the Personal Information section and click Change Email.
- Select Use another verification method to choose SMS verification.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the email change.
Situation 2: No phone number is linked to your account
If SMS verification is unavailable, submit the HoYoverse Account Issues Application Form to update your email address.
Tips
Important: When submitting the form, select the service that matches your issue. The form cannot be changed or withdrawn after submission, so review all information carefully and avoid submitting multiple forms to prevent delays. Do not link the new email you provide to any other HoYoverse Account during the review process, as this may affect the outcome.
