Steps
- Click the self-service link: HoYoverse Account Issues Application Form.
- Select the option that matches your situation and fill in all required information.
- After submitting, save the confirmation email containing your Case Number.
- Wait for the results to be sent to your verified email. Once received, follow the instructions (e.g., change your password, delete unknown devices) to secure your account.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to submit the form, contact Customer Support for help. If you have submitted a form before, please provide your previous Appeal Number to assist the process.
