How can I reset my password?

Accessing the Password Reset Portal

• Visit the HoYoverse Account Center.
• Click on login , select Having problems? beneath the sign-in fields, then choose Forgot password?

Reset the password on the portal

1. Enter your registered email address or username.
2. Choose a verification method and get a verification code by email or SMS.
3. Enter the code on the same page to verify your account.
4. Create a new password using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Setting a New Secure Password

1. Open the password reset link sent to your email.
2. Follow the instructions to create a strong new password: using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum security.
3. Log in with your new password.
