What should I do if my email address is already registered?

The error message "Email already exists" indicates that your email is linked to another HoYoverse Account. Each email address can only be linked to one HoYoverse Account.

Please try one of the following solutions:

• Recover the old account by using your email with the Forgot Password function. After logging in, you can either continue using this account or change the linked email.
• Use a new email address that has never been linked to a HoYoverse Account.
