If your HoYoverse Account is only linked to a Google or Apple account, you may encounter issues logging in after switching to a new device. To resolve this, you need to link an email address to your account.
Troubleshooting Steps
Situation 1: You can still access your old device.
- Log into the game on your previous device:
- Go to Settings > Account and open the User Center.
- Follow the prompts to link your email and set a password.
- Log into the game on the new device using your linked email and password.
※ If the User Center shows your email is already linked, you can log in directly with your email or reset your password.
Situation 2: You have lost your old device or cannot log in:
- Go to the HoYoverse Account Center and log in using your Google or Apple account.
- Navigate to Personal Information > Email, then click Link Email to add an email and set a password.
- Use your linked email and password to log into the game on any device.
※ If the website shows that your email is already linked, log in using your email or reset your password if needed.
Tips
Please note the following platform-specific login methods:
- Email Login: A HoYoverse account with a linked email can be used on PC, Android, and iOS.
- Google Third-Party Login: Using the Google icon to log in is only supported on Android and PC. It is not available on iOS.
- Apple Login: Using the Apple icon to log in is only supported on iOS and PC. It is not available on Android.
