If it remains stuck for an extended time, please contact Customer Support.
Situation 2: The download speed is slow or fails with an error (e.g., 600x).
- Switch to a different network and restart the download.
- If you use a mechanical hard drive (HDD), consider installing the game on a solid-state drive (SSD) for better performance.
Situation 3: A "Timeout, resource download failed, please try again" error appears.
This error indicates an unstable network. Please try switching your connection, for example, from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa.
