What should I do if the PC client is stuck on the login screen and says "Program Not Responding"?

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Update your graphics card (GPU) drivers. Perform a clean install or completely uninstall the old drivers before installing the new ones.
2. Disconnect all external hardware from your computer and relaunch the game.
3. If the issue persists, contact Customer Support and provide your Player.log and Player-prev.log files.
