Why can't I share or save in-game photos on my mobile device?

To save or share in-game photos, you must grant Honkai: Star Rail access to your device's storage.

To enable the required permissions:

• Navigate to your device's Settings.
• Locate the menu for App Permissions.
• Enable the storage or read/write permissions for Honkai: Star Rail.
