Graphical issues can be caused by device incompatibility, incorrect settings, or software conflicts. Please follow the steps below to resolve them.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Confirm your device is on the official supported list and meets the minimum requirements.
- Adjust in-game graphics. Go to Settings > Graphics Settings and set Graphics Quality to Medium, or go to Settings > Other Settings and enable Compatible Mode. Restart the game for these changes to take effect.
- Lower your FPS settings from 60 to 30.
- Ensure your graphics card driver and DirectX are updated to the latest versions.
- Verify the integrity of your game files via the game launcher or in-game settings to repair any corrupted data.
- Stabilize your network by resetting it, switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, or disabling any VPN or proxy services.
- Temporarily disable your antivirus software to check for conflicts. If the issue persists, please provide us with the name and version of your antivirus program.
- Test the game on another device, if available, to determine if the issue is specific to your device's hardware or software.
- If your issues persist, you may contact Customer Service, and provide them with your device specifications, as well as a video of your issue, so that they will be able to provide you with further assistance.
