Understanding Linked Accounts in HoYoverse
HoYoverse enables users to link multiple authentication methods—such as email, phone, Apple ID, Google, Facebook, Twitter, and platform-specific accounts—for flexible login and enhanced security. While this facilitates cross-platform play and convenient access, maintaining control over these links is essential for account safety.
Before You Unlink
- Ensure you have at least one active login method (like email or phone) before unlinking another.
- Some platforms only allow unlinking under certain conditions (e.g., if recently changed).
- Unlinking may impact your ability to access certain platforms or features.
- Keep your account information secure—avoid sharing login details with anyone.
How to Unlink Linked Accounts
- Log in to your HoYoverse Account via the HoYoverse Account Center or through in-game settings.
- Go to the Account Security or Linked Accounts section.
- Find the linked account you wish to unlink (e.g., Google, Apple ID, Game Center, Facebook, X (Twitter), etc.)

* If the account was linked using Google (Android), it can only be unlinked on an Android device.
