Troubleshooting Steps
Situation 1: Unlinking Facebook or X (Twitter)
You can unlink these accounts using one of the following methods:
- Visit the Official HoYoverse Account Website and go to the Linked Accounts section.
- Log into a HoYoverse game, go to Settings > Account, and open the User Center.
Situation 2: Unlinking Google, Apple, or Game Center
You can unlink these accounts on an Apple or Android device by logging into a HoYoverse game, navigating to Settings > Account, and opening the User Center.
Tips
If your account is only linked to one third-party service, you must first link an email address or username and set a password before you can unlink it. This prevents you from losing access to your account.
Important: Once you unlink a third-party account, you can no longer use it to log into the original HoYoverse Account. A NEW game account will be created if you log in with the unlinked third-party account again.
