How to Link Your Accounts
Situation 1: Linking an existing HoYoverse Account to a PlayStation Network Account
When you first launch a HoYoverse game on your PlayStation, select Login with existing account.
Follow the on-screen prompts to link your existing HoYoverse Account to your PlayStation™Network Account.
Situation 2: Using a HoYoverse Account created on PlayStation on other platforms
When you first play a HoYoverse game on PlayStation, a HoYoverse Account is automatically created and linked to your PlayStation™Network Account. To use this account on PC or mobile devices, you must first link an email address by following these steps:
- Log into the HoYoverse game on your PlayStation.
- Go to Settings > Account and open the User Center.
- Follow the prompts to link an email and set your password.
- Use your linked email and password to log into your HoYoverse Account on other devices.
* If the User Center shows that your email is already linked, you can log in directly with that email or reset your password if needed.
