Understanding Cross-Platform Compatibility
Your account data including progress, characters, purchases, and settings can sync between devices if you use a verified HoYoverse Account.
Preparing Your Account for Cross-Save
- Ensure you know your HoYoverse Account credentials (email/username and password) or your linked third-party account information.
- If using social logins (Apple, Google, Facebook, etc.), confirm these accounts are properly linked in your Account Security settings.
- Back up any sensitive data or make note of your UID in case of issues.
Enabling Cross-Save for your HoYoverse Account
- Download the relevant HoYoverse game on your target device (App Store, Google Play, Epic Games, PlayStation Store, or official website).
- Launch the game and select the option to "Log In" or “Link Existing Account.”
- Enter your HoYoverse Account info. For social media logins, use the same linked service as before.
- Important points to take note:
- On iOS, only Apple and Game Center logins are supported. Google login is not available.
- On Google (Android), only Google login is supported. Apple and Game Center logins are not supported.
- However, login with email/username and password is available on all platforms.
- Complete any required verification. If prompted, allow permissions or additional verification for security.
- After successful login, your account data, progress, and purchases will be available on your new device.
Tips
- If you can’t log in, double-check your credentials or linked accounts.
- For lost access to your email or mobile verification, use the Account Recovery options or contact HoYoverse support.
- Account linking across all devices is not available for some PlayStation accounts; check the latest support articles for specifics.
