Troubleshooting
Situation 1: General Unlinking
You can unlink your PlayStation Network Account by logging into the HoYoverse Account Center and navigating to the Linked Accounts section.
Important: You can only unlink your PlayStation Network Account ONCE.
Situation 2: Linked the Wrong HoYoverse Account
If you selected Login with existing account on your PlayStation but linked the wrong HoYoverse Account, follow these steps to relink:
- Log in to the HoYoverse Account Center on another device using your email and password.
- Go to the Linked Accounts section and unlink your PlayStation Network Account.

Re-enter the HoYoverse game on your PlayStation and select Login with existing account to link the correct account.
Situation 3: Accidentally Created a New Account on PlayStation
If you did not select Login with existing account when first starting the game on PlayStation, your PlayStation Network Account may have been automatically linked to a new HoYoverse Account. Please follow these steps to link an email address and password and then unlink the PlayStation account:
- Log in to the HoYoverse game on your PlayStation.
- Go to Settings > Account and open the User Center.
- Follow the prompts to link an email address and set a password for this new account.
- On another device, log in to the HoYoverse Account Center using the newly linked email and password.
- Go to the Linked Accounts section and unlink the PlayStation Network Account.
- Re-enter the HoYoverse game on your PlayStation and select Login with existing account to link your original account.
