Steps
You can link or change your email through one of the following methods:
- Log in to the HoYoverse Account Center, go to Personal Information, and click Link next to Email.
- Log in to any HoYoverse game, go to Settings > Account, and open the User Center.
Tips
- If you created your HoYoverse Account using a third-party account, we recommend linking an email to enhance your account security. After linking, you can also switch the linked email address.
- For your account security, once an email is linked, it cannot be unlinked, only switched to a different email address.
If you cannot access your currently linked email address and are unable to change it, please submit a case through the HoYoverse Account Issues Application Form.
