You can unlink your Microsoft Account (Xbox Live) by accessing the Link Account of the HoYoverse Account Center
Situations you may face when logging into HoYoverse games on Xbox for the first time:
Situation 1: I logged into the game and found that the wrong HoYoverse account was bound.
In this case, you may have accidentally bound to a different HoYoverse account.
Please follow these steps to unbind and rebind, making sure to enter the correct account information when rebinding. Please also note that you may only self-unlink your Microsoft account only ONCE.
1. Log in to the HoYoverse Account Center on another device using your email and password
2. Unbind the Microsoft Account (Xbox Live) in the Link Account section.
3. Enter a HoYoverse game on Xbox, and rebind your account in the pop-up window.
Situation 2: I logged into the game and found that my game progress was reset to zero
In this case, your Microsoft Account was automatically bound to a new HoYoverse account.
If you want to unbind the new HoYoverse account from your Microsoft Account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to a HoYoverse game on Xbox
2. Open the User Center in Settings - Account
3. Follow the prompts to bind your email and set your password
4. Log in to the HoYoverse Account Center on another device using the email and password you set
5. Unbind the Microsoft Account (Xbox Live) in the linked accounts section. Please also note that you may only self-unlink your Microsoft account only ONCE.
6. Enter a HoYoverse game on Xbox, and rebind your account in the pop-up window.
