Twitch event rewards are distributed to your Twitch Drops Inventory within 24 hours. You must manually claim them to receive them in-game.
Claiming Your Rewards
- Navigate to the Drops Inventory page and manually click to claim your reward.
- Once claimed, the items will be sent to your in-game mail.
- Log in to the game and check your mailbox to collect the reward.

If more than 24 hours have passed and you still have not received your reward, please contact our Customer Support. To help us investigate, please provide the following details:
- The specific event name and a link to it
- Your Twitch account
- Your in-game UID
