- You may also select "Repair Now" on the HoYoPlay launcher as well, and reopen the launcher to see if the issue persists.
- Restart your device.
- If the problem continues, reinstall the game from the official source. PC users can download from website, while mobile users should use the App Store or Google Play Store.
