Weekly rewards from the Simulated Universe or Divergent Universe are permanently lost if not claimed before the weekly reset. Due to system limitations, these rewards cannot be recovered or reissued. Please claim your points and rewards promptly to avoid this issue in the future.
Situation 2: You claimed your rewards, but they are missing.
If you claimed your rewards but they did not appear in your account, it may be a display or connection issue. Please try the following steps:
- Restart the game.
- From the login screen, use the file verification tool to repair game files.
- Ensure you are on a stable network connection.
- Check your Currency Record on PC/Mobile via the Smartphone menu > Bug Report > Account History.
