- Select your avatar, then tap the ... button.
- Choose Redemption Code and enter your code.
Situation 2: Redeeming on an iOS device
The in-game redemption feature is unavailable on iOS. Please use the official redemption website instead.
- Visit the official redemption website at https://hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift.
- Log in to your account.
- Enter the code to redeem.
