If your previous support ticket was closed but your issue persists, you must submit a new ticket to follow up.
How to Create a New Ticket for an Unresolved Issue
To create a new ticket for an unresolved issue:
- Log in to the Help Center or access it via the in-game support channel.
- Locate your previous closed ticket to review any support responses.
- Click on Issue Feedback under Self-Service and provide a detailed description of the unresolved issue.
Tips
To help Customer Support resolve your issue faster, please include the following in your new ticket submission:
- All previous ticket numbers related to this issue.
- Any relevant attachments, such as screenshots, payment records, or technical logs.
