Check your server
Confirm you have selected the correct server on the game's login page. On PlayStation, your server is determined by the region of your PlayStation Network account.

Verify you are using the correct login method. Supported methods include a linked email, HoYoverse username, Google, X (Twitter), Facebook, Apple ID, Game Center, and PlayStation Network.
Note that using a linked email is a different login method than Google, and an Apple ID is different from Game Center.
You can check your account linking status on the Official HoYoverse Account Website or in-game via Settings > Account > User Center.
