First, ensure your game account is linked to a HoYoverse Account by following these steps:
- In the game, go to Settings > Account Settings > HoYoverse Account Center.
- Link an email or another login method, such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or Twitter.
- Visit the Honkai: Star Rail gift redemption page and log in with your linked account to redeem your codes.
