We can assist with reversing a mistaken exchange between a Star Rail Pass and a Star Rail Special Pass if your situation meets all of the following criteria:
- The exchange occurred within the last 72 hours.
- The exchange was made using Stellar Jade or Undying Starlight.
- The mistakenly exchanged passes are unused and remain in your inventory.
- You have not had a successful reversal processed within the last 30 days, as this service can only be used once per 30-day period.
It is important to not use the exchanged passes while your request is being processed to ensure the reversal can be completed.
If you meet all conditions, submit a request by navigating to the in-game menu via Bug Report > Help Center > Star Rail Pass & Star Rail Special Pass Exchange Errors.
After your application is approved, the incorrect passes will be deducted, and the correct type will be issued to your account. We recommend staying online during this period to ensure a smooth process.
