Troubleshooting Steps
- Reload the area by teleporting to a distant location, such as a capital city, and then returning to the quest area.
- Log out of the game completely and then log back in.
- Leave your current party if you are in the co-op mode. Being in a party can sometimes cause phasing issues that make monsters or NPCs invisible.
Important: Some actions may reset any progress you have made on the quest.
