How do I cancel my sign up to the Galaxy Explorer Program/Project Astro-Warp

To withdraw from the beta test program, you need to contact our Customer Support.

1. Have the email address you used for the signup ready.
2. Our Customer Support will forward your request to the relevant team for processing.
