Troubleshooting Steps
Please try the following steps first:
- Restart your computer.
- Close any programs using a large amount of memory.
- Open the HoYoPlay Launcher directly to update the game.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information for further investigation:
- Screenshots or videos of the issue.
- Your dxdiag.txt file. To obtain it, press Win+R, enter "dxdiag", click OK, and then click Save All Information to export the file.
- The date and time the issue occurred.
- Your anti-virus software information.
- The client log, which can be uploaded under Settings About.
- Your Launcher info. To get this, click the launcher version number 10 times to open the info window, and then click Copy information.
