If you believe an artifact is missing, you can use our self-service tool to review your artifact history. This log shows all transactions for your 4-star and higher artifacts from the last 6 months, which can help you see if an item was used for enhancement or recycled.
Steps to Check Artifact History
- Open the Paimon Menu and select Feedback.
- Navigate to the Self-Service section.
- Choose the Record of Artifacts option to view the log.
Important:
Please be aware that there can be a data delay of up to one hour in the record. This feature may also be unavailable on console platforms, so we recommend checking from a PC or mobile device.
It is our firm policy that we cannot restore any items consumed or deleted through normal in-game operations. Once an artifact is used or destroyed, the action is irreversible.
