Troubleshooting Steps
You can review your weapon history using the in-game self-service tool. This feature records all 4-star and above weapon transactions from the past 6 months.
To access the log:
- Go to the Paimon Menu.
- Select Feedback.
- Choose the Record of Weapons (4-Star and Above)
Please note there may be a one-hour delay for the record of weapons to update.
This feature may not be available on consoles. We suggest accessing it on a PC or mobile device if possible.
Tips
The Self-Service section also provides records for Genesis Crystals, Primogems, and Original Resin so you may verify your changes.
