Troubleshooting Steps
- Search both indoor and outdoor areas of your realm. Companions sometimes move to stand near a furniture set they prefer.
- If you find the companion near a furniture set, interacting with them to claim their gift may return them to their assigned position.
- If the character is still missing, try removing furnishings near their last known location, as they may be obstructed from view.
- As an alternative, use the Retrieve Furnishings in Area option to clear the space. You can then attempt to place the character again.
- Ensure your realm's load limit is not maxed out. You cannot place additional characters if the load is at maximum capacity, so removing some furnishings may resolve the issue.
