Troubleshooting Steps
Situation 1: Offering Oculi appears to fail
If you experience visual lag after making an offering, your progress is likely saved correctly. Please verify the following:
- Confirm the Oculi have been consumed from your inventory.
- Check if your stamina bar has increased or if the statue's level has gone up.
- Your account data correctly reflects the offering, and you can continue collecting more Oculi.
Situation 2: Cannot find remaining Oculi with a Resonance Stone
Resonance Stones do not show the exact location of an Oculus. Follow these steps to find it:
- A Resonance Stone marks a general area on the map with a blue circle.
- You must search thoroughly within this circle, including at different heights, underground, and in hidden locations.
- The blue circle will only disappear once the Oculus in that area has been collected.
Tips
- For efficient searching, use the official Teyvat Interactive Map on HoYoLAB. It provides exact locations and includes an underground map view.
- Remember that some Oculi are in unique places. For example, Fontaine’s Hydroculi may be tied to underwater puzzles or located in newer regions like the Sea of Bygone Eras.
