The in-game time may be locked due to specific quests or your location within certain areas, such as Sumeru City.
Troubleshooting Steps
To resolve this, ensure you are in single-player mode and then try one of the following options:
- Travel a significant distance away from Sumeru City.
- Teleport to a location outside of the Sumeru region.
This will unlock the time-changing function. However, please do know that if you teleport or travel outside of Sumeru City during the quest where your time changing is restricted, your quest progress will be reset when you enter Sumeru City again.
