You can view your purchase history through several methods. The available options depend on the game title and the platform used (e.g., PC, mobile, PlayStation).
Checking Purchase History on Platform Stores
If you made purchases via mobile or third-party platforms, your receipts are issued by them. You can also request transaction records from your bank or card issuer.
- Log into the account linked to your purchase (e.g., Google, Apple, PlayStation).
- Navigate to the Order History or Purchase Records section.
- Locate the transaction for your HoYoverse title.
- Download or take a screenshot of the receipt for your records.
Checking Purchase History In-Game
You can check your purchase history for the last six months using the in-game Self-Service Tools.
- Genshin Impact: Go to the Paimon Menu > Feedback > Self-Service > Currency Record.
- Honkai: Star Rail: Go to the Smartphone Menu > Bug Report > Account History > Oneiric Shards Record.
- Zenless Zone Zero: Go to the Pause Menu > More+ > Feedback > Records Self-Query > Currency Record.
Troubleshooting Steps
If you are missing purchased items, first confirm that the order was successful and then check your in-game inventory.
