- Check if the duplicate charges are still pending, as some may be automatically reversed by your bank or platform within a few days.
- Review your payment history with your provider (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store, PayPal) to confirm multiple payments were processed.
- Verify that the multiple payments correspond to only one received in-game item or currency pack.
- Check your in-game inventory and purchase logs to ensure you did not receive extra items from a legitimate second purchase.
- Take screenshots of all relevant transaction receipts to use as proof.
