Why is the NPC Canghai not appearing for the 'Missing Old Friends' achievement?

To make the NPC Canghai appear at Suibian Temple for the 'Missing Old Friends' achievement, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the 'Suibian Temple Restoration' relevant quest.
  2. After finishing the quest, wait for a period of time.
  3. The NPC Canghai will then appear.
