Overview
If a quest or challenge becomes stuck or does not progress correctly inside a domain, you may need to reset its state. This can often be resolved by exiting and re-entering the area.
Troubleshooting Steps
To reset the quest state, please follow these steps:
- Exit the domain you are currently in.
- Re-enter the same domain.
- Retry the challenge or quest objective.
*Important: If you are at the end of the domain, and there are rewards left unclaimed, leaving the domain in that state will result in you being unable to claim those rewards!! Please be sure to claim your rewards if available, and then proceed to leave the domain.
