Use a Unique Password
- A strong password should be unique and not used on any other accounts.
- Make it at least 12 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid common words or simple patterns like "123456" or "password."
- For added security, enable two-factor authentication and consider using a password manager to keep track of complex passwords.
Link a Frequently Used Email Address
- When creating an account using an email address or switching the linked email address, make sure that it's one that you plan to use for the long-term. Please remember and protect your email address. If you forget or lose access to your email address, you may be unable to log in to your account or it might affect the account retrieval process.
- When you try to log in to your HoYoverse Account, change your password, or change your linked mobile number on a new device, we will send a verification code to your linked email address to verify your account ownership.
Link Third-Party Accounts
HoYoverse Accounts support linking a variety of third-party accounts such as Facebook, Google, Game Center, Apple, Twitter, and PlayStation Network.
After you've linked them, you can use these accounts to log in to your HoYoverse Account directly.
- Accounts linked via Game Center can only be accessed on iOS devices.
- Accounts linked via Apple can be accessed on iOS devices or on the HoYoverse Account Center.
- Accounts linked via Google Third-Party Login can be accessed on Android devices or on the HoYoverse Account Center.
Please Don't Use Non-Official Top-Up Channels
Using any non-official/third-party top-up channels will put your account at risk, so please don't do it. If you're having difficulties topping up in the game, please follow the instructions to contact Customer Service or use the official top-up channel on the website.
