- Adjust your in-game graphics settings by switching between Low/Medium and High/Very High options.
- Navigate to Display Settings and switch between Normal Mode and Compatible Mode.
- Verify your game's file integrity. Log out completely and select the Update button on the login screen to run a file check and repair.
- Ensure a stable internet connection, clear the game's cache, and close unnecessary background applications.
- Restart your device and the game client.
- Teleport to a different map and then return to the NPC's location to re-trigger the area to load.
