The game does not support running batch and single-card animation downloads simultaneously. If a batch download is in progress:
Method 1: Tap Continue Download and wait for all the batch downloads in the queue to complete before heading to the Card Details page for downloading.
※ As the resource file size may be sizeable, we recommend downloading them only when connected to WiFi.
Method 2: Please follow the steps below strictly (do not include other steps):
1. Re-launch the game
2. Head to Settings to delete resources by tapping on the avatar image on the top left of Main Screen > Settings > Animations > Batch Delete
3. After deleting all resources, head to the Card Details page to download
If the Card Details page indicates that the card resource download is in the queue, then the batch download tasks have included this card. If the single-card resource download is incomplete, the system will not support other single-card resource downloads. Please complete all downloads before proceeding to the next card resource download.
