- Try visiting the designated location at different in-game times. You can also try visiting on a different real-world day, as the number of anecdotes you can experience each day is random, up to a certain limit.
- Confirm you are searching in the correct area. Kazuha may be located at the foot of a mountain or slightly away from the map marker.
- Log out of your account via the Paimon menu. Wait for 10 minutes before logging back in.
- Verify the integrity of your game files.
- PC: In the HoYoPlay launcher, open the menu next to the Play button and select Repair.
- Mobile: Main Menu Interface > Gear Icon > File Verification > Confirm.
