Once the deletion process is complete, your HoYoverse Account, including all personal information and game data, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Important: It is not possible to delete data from a single game. Deleting your HoYoverse Account will also permanently delete all data from every game and service linked to it.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your account on the HoYoverse Account Center
- Select Personal Information from the left-hand menu.
- Click Request to Delete Account in the bottom-right corner.
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity and confirm the deletion request.

After submitting a deletion request, your account enters a 30-day deletion confirmation period.
During this 30-day period, you can cancel the request at any time by logging back into your account. This will automatically reactivate your account.
If you do not log in within the 30-day period, your account will be permanently and automatically deleted and will be irrecoverable.
